Common Questions

Do you build ADUs in Madison?

Yes. We design and build accessory dwelling units, garages, and other backyard buildings, like a garage with a studio and office. Madison allows ADUs on most residential lots, and every ADU project starts with a look at what your lot’s zoning allows.

Can you add a second story to my home?

Often, yes. It depends on the existing walls and foundation, your zoning, and your lot. Our team will evaluate all of them before we recommend building up or building out.

Do you remodel a single kitchen or bathroom?

We do. Kitchens, bathrooms, primary suites, and basements are a regular part of our work, often as part of a larger remodel.

What does design-build mean?

Design-build means one company designs your project and builds it. Our designers and craftspeople work on the same team, so you aren’t coordinating between a designer and a contractor, and one company is accountable for the result.
