When past clients in Madison’s charming and historic Nakoma neighborhood sought to reimagine their home’s layout, they turned once again to TDS Design Build. Their goal: a remodel that would enhance the daily functionality and flow of their home while preserving its classic character.
This whole-home renovation included a kitchen remodel, an addition to improve the flow, a screened porch, and custom updates to the study and deck. This complex renovation created a cohesive living space aligned beautifully with the clients’ lifestyle and aesthetic.

The layout was disconnected, impeding the flow and creating silos between the study, the kitchen, and the outdoor living spaces. The kitchen’s appliances were in drastic need of updating, but the footprint and style didn’t need to be changed.
