Her Path to Carpentry
Molly came to the trade after working in science and management, and that background shapes how she works today. She is a graduate of the Carpentry and Remodeling Program at Madison College, and has worked in high-end remodeling since graduating.
Building a second career in the trades is something Molly takes real pride in. “I became a sponge and landed with a company that provided me ample opportunity to grow. I did my best and feel lucky to be thriving in a career that I love.”
“Working in other fields before finding carpentry really makes me appreciate this trade and TDS as a company,” Molly says. She values the respect TDS shows its team, the care given to clients, and the shared commitment to doing what’s right. Her colleagues rely on her strong organizational skills and clear communication, both of which keep a project moving and keep everyone on the same page.
