“Driven by determination, fueled by curiosity, and always ready to tackle the next challenge.”

Logan Hormig

Logan’s commitment to excellence is unwavering, making him a valuable addition to the TDS team.

Logan Hormig joined the TDS Custom Construction team in June 2024, bringing a unique blend of military discipline, public service experience, and a passion for carpentry. A graduate of Madison College’s Construction and Remodeling program, Logan’s journey to TDS is marked by diverse experiences that have shaped his work ethic and perspective.

After graduating from Middleton High School, Logan served in the US Air Force, where he learned valuable lessons about leadership and the importance of hard work at an early age. This foundation was further strengthened during his five-year tenure in Public Works, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure and community service.

Logan’s transition to carpentry was driven by his innate curiosity and desire for hands-on work. “I have worked many odd jobs in my life,” Logan reflects. “I have often been told to slow down or hurry up and wait. At TDS, hard work and curiosity are essential. Working with like-minded people has been a refreshing change of pace.”

What drew Logan to TDS was the company’s stellar reputation among carpenters. He values TDS’s genuine care for its employees and their families, noting, “Every company claims to care about their employees and their families. This happens to be the case in my tenure with the company.”

Colleagues appreciate Logan’s punctuality and willingness to help the team by any means necessary. His self-assigned informal title of “Spark Plug” perfectly encapsulates his approach to work. “I want to get things done and get one step closer to completing a project,” he explains, highlighting his drive and efficiency.

Logan takes pride in his flexibility and determination to tackle any job. He finds fulfillment in carpentry because it allows him to complete tasks and see tangible results, which fuels his passion for the craft.
