Interior Designer
Alt Job Title: “Space Strategist”
“People who are new to remodeling may not even know what questions to ask, so I try to anticipate what information would be helpful for them to know in order to make their decisions.”
Erin Lynett
With a background that spans showrooms, as well as design-build firms, Erin’s expertise lies in space planning, cabinetry, and plumbing fixture selection. She also holds a degree in Kitchen and Bath Design from Century College.
Erin’s journey into design began with a personal kitchen remodel that sparked her passion for creating functional and beautiful spaces. If time and money weren’t constraints, she’d happily remodel her own home over and over again. Instead, Erin channels that enthusiasm into crafting creative and practical solutions for clients.
What drew Erin to TDS was its reputation for quality workmanship. What keeps her energized is the collaborative and organized culture of the team. “It makes it easy to work here and focus on my design responsibilities instead of scrambling for last minute solutions,” Erin explains. She values the team’s dedication to improvement and the open exchange of ideas, which she believes leads to smoother projects and happier clients.
Erin is known for her chill demeanor, thoughtful questions, and ability to see possibilities that others might overlook. She loves exploring creative solutions, even those that seem unconventional. Erin finds that even if the ‘crazy’ idea doesn’t pan out, it can spark the perfect conversation to uncover the right answer. Her proactive approach to client education ensures that even first-time remodelers feel confident and well-informed throughout the process.
Outside of work, Erin can be found hosting pizza parties with her wood-fired oven, transforming her yard with native plants, sewing, reading, or dreaming up her next house project.
